Exposing the Truth Behind 781,000 Applications and 408,000 Frauds

As per Rahul

USCIS identified all the fraud applicants and they will be barred from the US forever as they cooperated with fraud employers.

Even if their H1 is approved  , stamping done. They will have trouble at POE or in future renewals/stampings.

Even if they come to US and transferred to legit companies like Apple , Google . Since their initial base H1 application was  from fraud company , their H1 will be revoked. Even if it takes some time to be identified  by USCIS , they will get revoked in future.

USCIS is very serious on this, they are observing and collecting data from past 3 years to expose this.

Hopefully this brings sanity to H1B and F-1

high fees was always a good deterrent. no idea why they changed the registration process.

i think asking for an offer letter with registration will do the trick.

same question asked in the video , he told even if they come to him for help, he will suggest to be honest and give all the info about employer to USCIS.

He is suggesting people to try for legit jobs ( not mestri's with sis companies  ) and then only apply.

he answered this question as well

According to him USCIS may not  give another chance to people who missed it this year (even if they are left over visas  in the 85k limit). They are more worried about dealing with fraud guys first and correcting system.

If multiple companies file h1 for the same candidate they cnt do anything and its legal to do so.

The issue is for companies trying to fake that they are not related but having the operating address as the same. Or same owners. Or had same address previously but changed to diff address not to get caught. Thats what the fraud is. No where did uscis mention about fraud by candidates. This rahul baba is just faking it
