Even if their H1 is approved  , stamping done. They will have trouble at POE or in future renewals/stampings.

Even if they come to US and transferred to legit companies like Apple , Google . Since their initial base H1 application was  from fraud company , their H1 will be revoked. Even if it takes some time to be identified  by USCIS , they will get revoked in future.

USCIS is very serious on this, they are observing and collecting data from past 3 years to expose this.

Companies can take a letter from employee that this will be his only petition for that Fiscal year for a H-1B

If they take Candidates/Employees with more than 2 petitions and sort them by number of petitions, then they can find the group of sister companies easily.
