In 2011, Prasad started to defraud his employer, he said in his plea agreement. He used his role to make Apple pay for items and services the company would never receive, and defrauded the company by inflating invoices, stealing parts and taking kickbacks. The schemes continued through 2018, and cost Apple more than $17 million.

Kind of disagree uncle, inventory check is a huge over head for companies like apple or any other big manufacturer as they have multiple sites operated under contracts, Apple doesn’t have full control on those warehouses. If what you said is true he wouldn’t have been able to do it for 10 long years

Fraud chesthe eppudo okappudu dorukutaaru… he might get lucky for few times and think that he is a genius.. but everyone runs out of luck after few times.. it makes them complacent too.. and few more ppl will start doing after they see that someone is successfully doing it..

Every company has checks and balances.. sometimes these guys may get lucky.. but luck forever undadu kadaa

this guy used to buy the thing like electronics  from the company site but used to resell for the kickbacks , though he was buying stuff within in the limit as per thr companys credit card , evetually was an audit and minor billings got accumulated and was monitored , company fined him and made him let go

Uncle working in manufacturing for 15 years uncle, its not black and white as you said, lot of gaps where things slip away. Audit ki choopethedi checks and balances ke kani not each and every component is accounted for
