Even if they ask H1 employee info from all employers appudu kooda em issue undadu - client gaadini contractors tho sambandam ledu. majority of the clients know this.... this is applicable for senior roles only .

 

lets say client has a need for enterprise architect for the whole engagement of the project ( 6 months). but the work won't be like 8 hours a day all 6 months. Probably first month they will have daily 8 hours of work after that it will be mostly overseeing the technical archtecture of the project, so they have to spend like 10 hours a week for that particular client.

so this enterprise arthictect will work for another client as well in addition to that they have to work on sales, internal initiatives etc.... and they guys have billability target of only 50% and some sales targets. anything above 50% utilization will get them good quarterly bonus. so they are incentivized to charge more to client wherever possible

This makes sense but our tejams thinking it is fine to do more than one on H1 for different clients and thinks it is legal. Clients ki teliste ( hours conflict unte ) issue otherwise fine. Also LCA lo client location koda matters.
