Investment wise aithe koncham dhooram aina vellochhu emo kaani vundataniki plot ante ivaala roju chevella dhaka vellipoyaayi ventures... Recent gaa Aparna vaadu chevella lo venture vesaadu 30-35k per square yard pettadu depending upon the preference.

Ye builder ayina ok as along as they have finished at least two to three projects successfully..but make sure you or any of your relatives have visited their previously finished projects ..don't believe in there websites only. HMDA final approved layouts maatrame choose chesuko. Other than HMDA approved layouts big NO as there will be lot of legal things to be taken care if it is not HMDA .

Zone kooda check chesuko..whether it is is R1 or R2 or peri-urban etc etc  ...don't  believe in the builder..You have to double check yourself

Yes, totally worth it ..as you said you can wait ...once the RRR markings are in full swing then the prices will be increased..but keep in mind that RRR will take longer period..it is not going to happen soon at least it will take another 3-4 years to start ..Mumbai highway lo Peddapur nundi start veltundi RRR ..FYI

Yes, the only way to get a decent priced plot with in  budget is outside ORR...here the price start from 22k per yard  if it HMDA ...Mumbai Highway or Srishilam highway or Banglore highway surrounding areas lo you can invest ...Bhanur,Mokila, Velimala lo kooda invest cheyyochu but they are bit pricey as of now ...inka konni places vunnayi ..but then again it also depends on  your requirements and interests ..

Trend is to buy before elections bcuz most of transactions will be stopped or slowed down! Lot of ppl get rid of properties for elections as well. Investments will slow down bcuz if elections etc., so always good idea to buy before elections and u will raises after elections given that hyd is not going any where unlike amaravathi

Its not abt Amaravathi thing but New Govt priorities might change even if TRS wins as they get another 5 yrs to plan and most of the projects announced before elections may not even land after elections.. Don't fall for election promises and projects..
