it is better to have a independent house in india don't buy apartment anna.

enduku uncle...nuvvu katte EMI emo 50K untadi..vache rent 10k untadi....on top of it repairs and taxes muzic untadi...so ultimately you will end up loosing money

This is True..... If you have no one to look after in India(Every 3 months Visit to properties)..... don't invest in Hyderabad.

Next time nuvvu velle time ki akkada nee land lo ee sign boards untadi or someone will already build something in it.

1 Crore is very less you need to have 1.5 crore to get a decent apartment and 4 crores to get a decent independent home 200 sq. yds

you can invest in vuntures outskirts of hyd 70 or 80 lakhs after 4 years pergutadhi

5+ yrs back hyd lo invest chesinolly enjoying now....baaga perigay prices. Be it open plots or villas/apartments.

Anyway long term persecutive lo aithe India lo unna population ki + size of country ki real estate will be always on demand. You might see little downfall here n there, but overall longterm ki it will be always profitable. 

Nuvvu inka eppatiki India lo settle kaavu ante think abt it and u may want to invest in US. Dont compare ROI value between US and India...logistics wise both are different. 

TG elections lo malli TRS ravochu (mostly ade jaruguthundi, BJP share might increase but not to a point where they will form govt). In case TRS wins with decent majority then Hyd real estate will continue to grow. Just border pass aithe, it may slow down little bit since assembly lo opposition voice will keep increasing and everyday edo oka point meeda lolli start chestharu...now BJP/Cong etc media mundhu entha arichina no use...assembly lo valla strength ekkuva unte, it will be tough for TRS. 

By mistake BJP govt form chesthe...real estate will go down...new govt form chesi, ministers appoint chesi, vallu settle down ayyesariki 2 yrs paduthundi and new govt immediately will start filling their pockets first before they show some progress....so entire term will be wasted. Though TRS did lot of corruption, I feel they are best for Hyd growth for now.

also last term lo Hyd real estate inthaga grow avvataaniki YCP hand kuda undi...YCP sympathizers will argue but fact is fact...AP lo investments were down and AP ppl were looking at Hyd for investments, anduke ee range lo growth undi.

I cant predict who will form next govt. But malli YCP vachi + ikkada TRS vasthe...shame to shame continue with little bumps here n there emo.

If TDP/Janasena forms there + TRS here then hyd lo little bumps here n there but should be OK.

If TDP/Janasena there + BJP in TG, then Hyd will be slowed down more and AP lo little more traction undochu.
