avg 2-4 tickets padatai kada per year if you take it over a period ani na yokka idhi. if you have a family of 4 and inlaws or parents travel. Just for budgetting purpose max 8tickets per year and vesa.

day care per kid 1.2k - 2kids 2.5k - Virginia

600k mortgage at 6.5 along with insurance, property tax, and HOA = 5k

Realistic ki koncham ekkuva undaliga bro. Target is to get 2nd job. dani prakaram lekkal vesa.

Current Rental home to bayataki ravalante I have to reach that level of income.

Yearly once india trip with single salary is tough man. Restuarants ki monthly 500 ekkuva. When u buy ur first home, u will have to be in saving mode for few years.

 

my 2 cents. Dont ever think of stoppinf day care as advised few db members. Thats bad idea even with grand parents at home. Second baby on way antunnav antey first kid ki 2-3 yrs age undochu. Too much energy untadi.  Ur wife will be busy with second kid. Expecting grand parents to take care of todler is like punishing grand parents. Todlers energy ni match cheyyadam kastam. Also todlers learn a lot from day care

Are you feeding 10 people per month? Why is it 1500 lol if you cook mostly at home everyday it wouldn’t cost you anymore than 500-600 for 3 people. Maybe 800 for 4.
