Yeah , I saw the video , I realized people having snoring problem have lot of health issues  , even I snore and I am little scared listening to all that stuff

I use a CPAP machine too at night. Initially it was a little bit uncomfortable but that was mainly because of the choice of my mask. 

 

I now use a mask which only uses my nostrils. This really feels much less invasive than the full face mask.

Sleep apnea can become serious if not treated early. I'd suggest go to a sleep specialist and have a sleep test done if you are snoring.
