Yeah of course baa, with wife. But when I have those arguments these days, I take time off go out of the home, go on a long drive or go walk in the park for 2 hours or so and then come home. 

When we have arguments we made a rule baa, we don't discuss too much the same day and postpone it to the next day. Usually we discuss why we argued the next morning and realize it's not worth getting heated up about the argument we had the previous evening/night. That really helped things
