Guys, look at the APR rate.. it is the final rate you pay.. also read more about the difference between mortgage rate and apr.. APR includes the closing costs, loan fees etc that you have to pay..

Bro.. Usually we pay closing costs/legal fee at the time of closing kada..like one time fee (in my case i am planning to use my realtor credit amount)...

then again why APR is expensive than mortgage rate? Just checking..

ARM mean adjustable rate per market. so 5/1 arm ante 5 years fixed rate initially then 6th year onwards it will be as per market rate like 7% or 8%. Closing costs are hight with 5/1 arm also. you won't be getting good deal.

but cant we take ARM 5/1 for now due to low rate and then refinance after 5 yrs if rates are Up at that moment? anyways the prediction is rates might fall by next yr kadha.. So ARM might be better choice right..

5/1ARM tisukunedi asap better rates unnapudu refinance chesukundamani — in this case you cannot look at APR as it will be total cost of the loan over 30years— ofcourse if you don’t refinance then will get Fckedup with that APR
