H1 processing delay

I have been waiting since 1.5 years to get my h1 visa approved
Here is my brief timeline

4-JAN-2022-Submitted Docs for 221g
21-JUN-2022 -Passport submitted 
06-JULY-2022- Status Changed to Issued
No update on Passport delivery for 6 months
After continuous mails to Embassy by me and lawyer
04-JAN-2023-Got mail to Pickup Passport                                                    09-JAN-2023-Received Passport with 2nd 221g slip
24-Feb-2023-Submitted documents 
24-Feb-2023-Got response that application will be processed within 4-6 weeks                                                        Last Updated date has been changed from 24 Feb 2023 to 3 May 2023 and again to 10 May 2023 on CEAC portal.

What does this mean?? Are they working on my case??Can i expect a expect a positive thing atleast now??
Any inputs will be appreciated 👍

Brother you better apply for H1 renewal again and go for another visa interview or if they won't allow it, find another job in India for the time being till this is resolved.. I know a girl that I dated in the past is stuck in India since 2020

I think I still have 1.5 years left and hired Murthy attorney to follow up with the consulate....he said we can wait as the last updated dates are changing which means they are working on my case
