I doubt it brother. Because fed will start cutting down interest rates as soon as they see signs of recession. I think this might be the reason the economy is still doing good and no one is afraid.

What change would recession bring for housing prices? 
Tons of people ready with pocket full of cash for housing to crash ( I’m talking about people who would want to buy 2 nd , 3 rd) , housing still not reachable for households with 1 job . They need to increase tax rates for higher income families .

Inflation coming down but slow pace 

housing prices already down but crash won’t happen, lowest inventory and 85% of homes financed or refinanced 3 and below rates so no is selling. 

people will keep doing multiple or will keep trying to 

debt ceiling will be raised and printing will start but at slow pace 

Interest Rates has to come down eventually they can’t force market into recession.. end of the year election stunts will start.

We need something drastic. Not sure what it is. Tax rates increase impossible. Democrats are saying they will not increase taxes to individuals making more than 400k. Future generations ki and single income vallaki chala kashtam.

New construction is happening a lot.

I hope debt ceiling negotiations results in spending cuts. Debt default aithe not sure what will happen. May be debt default is the drastic thing that we need.

arei baabu, 2-3 jobs yevadu raa ayya cheeseedhi?? Most of the jobs are asking to come to the Office at least a day per week, so practically impossible to do 2 jobs. You cannot apply for holiday for 1 day a week every week for the second job (if your priority is to keep 1st job safe).

Remaining everything else what you said is 200% true.
