As for atleast moderate maintenance  just eat 2 times a day bro..

1 Meal, 8:00AM, soak some beans(green moong, some kind of lentils).

and dont eat anything in between for 8hrs..just water

2 Meal, atleast @5:00PM..and repeat..

Follow these

1) Measure blood sugar spike for foods that you consume - This will help you understand which foods work best for your body. White Rice or Brown Rice or Potatoes. You can use blood glucose monitor by pricking finger or use continuous glucose monitor to measure this. For Continuous Glucose Monitor you need prescription or use https://www.veri.co/shop to buy it for a month to test it yourself.

2) Take good quality fish oil to reduce triglycerides. Fish oil to have high EPA/DHA (about 2000mg)

3) You are eating for your gut bacteria. Eat foods which has good dietary fiber. Eat fermented foods - probiotics, kimchi, sauerkraut. Avoid processed, fried, refined food.

4) Physical Activity 120 minutes of cardio a week, Meditation everyday.

start intermittent fasting

and stop snacking
