Reason vachesi multiple H1 lu chesaru ani vachindi anta. Deport chese la vunnaru anta. Yendhi vaa idhi. At least give them one last warning ra but USCIS don't care anuko. Last 3 years nundi jalleda padthunnaru antunadu employer vaadiki kuda fichal pack love day h1b kosam federal case lu ndhi ani. Careful guys POE la. Yevariki bayapettaniki kaadhu le kaani at least next year lottery ki aina manollu konchem ee multiple lolli aapaki then andariki chance vasthadi.

Yeah, I do not know anyone personally but rahul reddy gadu cheppadu anta that when multiple h1 applied ppl go for stamping it is becoming issue anta. Also, even if your h1b is with proper FT company but you applied multiple h1b, adi koda issue avutundi anta.

You mean multiple H1b transfers ? At what stage you are referring to multiple H1bs ?

Unfortunate to those guys. How do they know about this 3 years filtering. Some pieces are missing anna. Anyway news will come out slowly when more people face the same.

Naaku telsina vallu went monna Jan lo - first time eh okati but dropbox due to covid - approved within a week. May be its a new thing ?

employer ni fraud ani pattukunte...all associated h1bs are being effected.

not easy to prove someone is fraud...but if they did ...then revokes will follow.

Let’s say beginning lo multiple H1 apply chesaru. Okka rendu pick ayyi and okati approve ayyindi. Now that person moved from mestri approval to Coca Cola FT. This person was also stopped in consulate.
