Linkedin lo few posts unnay.... 40 an hour anta Mid to Sr Java Dev ki. C2C aythe candidate gets 32 an hour.  Also 25$ an hour works in small towns... take any city  kastame.

As an employer/client it is your responsibility to get the good candidate for your needs without violating laws ( discrimination etc.). 15 or more years nundi same kada froxy etc... so what did they learn. These witch and desi vendors know about the candidates and recruit them at a very low rate but bill the client huge amount. They need to start spending on recruiting good candidates and pay them good money... ilaa froxy prone methods follow aythe alaane vastaru... it will never end.

$25/hr rate vunna position ki obisivusily witch company make 60-70% of billing easily
