DKS barely any chance to become a CM. His corruption cases are serious allegations and ~400 crs unaccounted wealth attached by ED. 
 

Inni cases petukuni DKS ni CM chesthe eedi peeka BJP chetilo vuntadi with Lok Sabha elections less than year away, election mundi malli ED lopala esina estadi.

Yes thats an important factor too ....

And dk shivakumar was asked to choose dy CM along with whichever portfolio he wants....

Sense is that ,bjp will sail in loksabha seats in ka more than congress....so they don't want to with dk ,who is not popular outside his home base

Karnataka CM News LIVE: The suspense over the next Karnataka CM is still on with both chief ministerial contenders, Siddaramaiah and D K Shivakumar, holding separate meetings with Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge.

After Siddha, somebody else will become CM in Congress but not DKS. Better jump ship DKS has opportunity. For Congress, leaders powerful undali kaani high command kante kaadu same with BJP but they're a bit more disciplined than congress.

Don't underestimate Congress party's ability to ruin things wherever they have an opportunity to rule!
