There are thousands of honest students stuck in this h1b lottery-double masters trap. And the pain and anxiety that comes with it. That should be the benchmark with which we need to give suggestions. Not that single rare case fraud who is successful in bypassing the laws.

Bhayya, problem enti ante fraud cases single and rare kadu uppudu. Fraud and fake certificates were always there since 1990's. I have seen my uncles in 90's who did NIIT [you might be too young to know computer institutes] courses and came to US on fake B.Tech and are well settled with business in US now. 

But uppudu enti ante the amount of fake and fraud has increased tremendously. Last 7-8 years varuku koda fake unna koda genuine valu affect ayye varu kadu. Uppudu it has come to the point that genuine job candidates are getting affected and screwed big time. 

Asalu hotel servers ki F1 ippinche scam enti vijayawada lo. mari too much. Middle east ellalsina valu are also coming on F1.

Unless US acts and brings a rule that only public universities can accept foreign students, this wont stop. Every tom dick and harry can start a univ without accredition and give admissions via agents and amass huge amount of wealth. Stratford, NPU idiots paved way for exploiting this loophole. And why will US close this whem wealth and money from all over the worls is coming to US this route. US has cash inflows much larger than hollywood via this student fees route. No one can stop this now.
