lca wages kante thakkuva unte it will be red flag. Lca wages kante 100 times greater unte no issue. My friend dng more jobs had consultation with Murthy and they confirmed it is fine. And no need of amendments for salary. Amendment is only required if you job roles changes.

Anything more than LCA wage is fine.. If they ask during interview you can always mention that your employer only mentions the base pay in the LCA. Cousin came for wedding and went for visa interview last week, LCA is around 45 per hour, W2 is close to 170k. Nothing was asked..
