Maa director asking me to list the tasks I have worked on 6 months. Enka evarini adagaledu..is this a sign of pip? Ee Madhya directly pinging me to do some documentation and assigning other work..no coming via scrum or anything..adhoc tasks assign chestunnadu

Ask him directly, he should inform you if it’s PIP or may be another way around
