Area near to Mallapur

Rents: 10-15K for 2 Bhk

Developer offer: 3 Floors to them and 2 Floors to me.

What are the Pro's and Con's of that ?

If you already have a house and rental income vasthe it’s good…but if you are solely constructing house or giving away land for development for rental income then trust me you will repent your decision. 600 yards anedi vachina paisal ni FD chesthe value proportion will be much higher than apartment rental income. It’s a depreciating asset and  initial rental income cash flow kanipichina overall ga property value lo dhebba padutundi. Its like losing crores later in life for few lakhs today
