point 2 floors istada 3 floors istada ani kadu...Total anni floors kalipi enta SFT and neeku ena share ani....rental income kosam unchukunte bokke...better to sell your share and do FD or buy something else

In that you end up paying property tax annually for each flat, plus repairs(electical, plumbing etc.,) and minimum furnishings from your side, sometimes flat stays vacant for few months etc.,

10-15k ante you will be left with 5k due to maintenance and taxes and then apartment value will keep decreasing.
