already fatty lever unte dinner lite ga thinatam better. Early dinner is much better and you should hungry before going to bed by 9, 9:30. anni set ayipothayi

Follow Mediterranean diet. It is high in protein and fiber. Those two can do no harm to your body.  Work out pakka. Most importantly stress free life is must.

Biryani lo oil and daldaaa whatever is full of cholesterol. Masala loo sodium content crazy asaluuu. Rice anteee aneee carbs…mukkaluuu lo protein niiii spices ruddhuiu dhanniii kudaaa Ched 10ngutharuuu. It’s such a waste of time abd money. It’s a crappy food.
