Recently lot of ppl are buying mil $ homes exp cars etc .. by taking 30 yrs loans . With all these new changes AI etc and also stress from work and daily chores do you guys think we can keep up with the tech and still be employable for 30 yrs ? Or am I thinking too much ?

if you’re fresh out of college or in college maybe there are chances you can survive for next 30 years…

mostly people buying are in early or mid 30's . 

30's or 40's.. 30 year loan means...   60's or 70's.

 

in think nobody will take full 30 years to pay the loan...  god knows. just need to push it.

but you have the option to sell it when ever you want.
