All theatrics , america is like a huge freight ship that will always move forward on a steady path no matter who is in power 

Most policies are incredibly stable and ensure nothing to rocks the boat. Even if large majority of people want welfare like student loan waiver or free monthly payments , they won't get it 

That makes it a very safe economy  unlike  india where a new govt can enact any crazy policy and crash the economy
