Air I dia always the best ..yes ... 

 

Air I dia sucks if you are busiensclass traveler ..

Air India customer service is worst..facilities are worst..but he knows your visa issues..he will make sure transit  terminals are difficult for connecting flights .... 

If you are on visa avoid European airlines.. take New York..Chicago to Delhi Newark to Delhi direct flights..

 

I wish we have more air India direct flight 14 hour flights from Atlanta to Chennai etc.
