Why is anyone surprised ? TDP promised more freebies than ycp , TRS , congress  in 2009 ,2014  and 2019 

They need to offer such promises to win elections

What he has done 14-19 for farmers. Waived off crop loans only for few people . No one benefited

I didn't say anything about credibility or  track record of TDP , they always promise more 

Chandrababu Naidu made a fatal mistake of hiking govt employees salaries by 44% in 2014 , he was borrowing money to pay salaries /pensions for 5 years. Even ABN RK acknowledged that

This is the state own tax revenue under chamba according to RBI 

In 5 years he could not even manage to increase it by 10,000 crs 

Most of the increase in AP revenue was from non tax revenue like central devolutions and grants
