The 69 G.O. mentions that govt has taken just the decision to lift the G.O. and it will come up with a detailed plan that will convince the Supreme court, NGT and other environmentalists and rationalists on the subject.

Shankarpally mandal area limits lo 1300 sq yards ante roughly 1/4th acre for 1 Cr ante its 111 G.O.

It will be farm house forever, mark my words. if you wish to keep it as farm house with 100 sq yards farm house in that land forever then go for it. however you'll still get buyers who want to buy that property at say 10 to 25% more after few years which is equivalent to inflation adjustment of the original investment amount. And the new buyer also will have to use it as farm house, or hardly he can make it two units and sell them to make marginally more profit. With  111 G.O investment  you won't even get 25% of what you can make from a non-111 g.o. property for the same period of holding/investment.

Better buy in the adjacent non-111 g,o, areas now, you'll get good appreciation. After elections scene different untadii hyderabad real estate prices lo. no one cares this 111 g.o. issue after few months

Simple question, When did go 111 came, Who brought it and What was the need at that time ?

What is GO 111?

On March 8, 1996, the government of erstwhile (undivided) Andhra Pradesh had issued ‘Government Order (GO) 111’ .

• The GO prohibited the setting up of industries, residential colonies, hotels, etc. which cause pollution. 
• The total catchment area covers around 1.30 lakh acres, spread over 84 villages. 
• The aim of the restrictions was to protect the catchment area, and to keep the reservoirs pollution-free. 
• The lakes had been supplying water to Hyderabad for nearly 70 years, and were the main source of drinking water for the city at the time.
• According to the Telangana government, the city no longer depended on these reservoirs for its water needs as the government is now able to draw water from massive Krishna and Godavari rivers.

It was brought up by a government at that time, and so, it can be removed by successive governments based on the future assessment of those needs by future governments. No one can stop that.

GO simply means Government Order, and they changed as needed.

Environmentalist, courts are just going to delay the inevitable.

With the removal of GO by Telangana govt, the lands will come under GHMC.. The people can start building whatever they want now based on removal the go 111.

The ground reality is different, many constructions have come up in-spite of GO-111. Government’s argument to courts we can’t contain/restraint such a huge area and instead they will systematize by bringing them under HMDA laws. Check this video on the current reality.

High level lo approach avochhu and I can have a simple phone call follow up with application number and be done with it…, kani I don’t want to use that for simple things….
