Going by track record , almost every single development work in Andhra Pradesh has bjp hand in it 

Rural roads entirely built on mnrega , all good colleges built by central govt , national highways by central govt ,harbours , medical colleges and ports also have lot of central funding 

Outside of krishna-guntur , there is little to no infrastructure projects that the state govt has completed on its own in last 9 years 

If central govt also focussed on free stuff Andhra would have truly gone to dogs

Honestly CBN has lost his knack after becoming the CM of divided AP. When he was CM of United AP, he remained development oriented & was surrounded by better leaders. If you observe, there was no chants about NTR or Balayya. Once he was confined to Amaravati & Vijayawada, this cult-like behavior was made main stream & as a result started losing support. CBN alone is a good leader in the party. But he cannot run the party all by himself. This is the truth!
