I think they are trying to stick to there basics.

1. Irrigation: mission kakatiya, ground water restoration and haritha haram and projects 

2. Employment: even though they are behind on government jobs, they are successful in getting companies and created private jobs and secondary employments

3. Funds: there is enough financial funds generating from excise duty, stamp and revenue duty. Before division, people used to sell 1 acre land in Andhra and buy 5-10 acres in Telangana. But, this is reversed now. 
 

4. Social welfare schemes: there are 40 schemes on ground majority are successful but there are some failures too. 
 

Failures:

1. Graduates are very disappointed because of TSPC paper leak and less number of job notifications. Folks doing BA, B.Com and B.SC are more negative. 
2. SC/ST 3 acre land, this is a failure and idea itself is a failure because government doesn’t own cultivation rich land. 
3. Dalit Bandu, this is also a useless scheme

4. Rs 3016 Unemployment benefits to unemployed youth 

5. implementation issues in crop loan waver 

6. free education for students under KG to PG scheme

7. double bed room houses.

Dalit Bandu is to replace/supplement 3 acres land scheme, when Government announced this scheme land was selling at 2 lakhs/acres and now there is nothing below 30 lakhs/acre even 100 kms outside of Hyderabad. 

KCR went to elections in 2018 having failed with 3 acres scheme, it was not a promise made in 2018 manifesto.

Dalit Bandu will help uplift a generation, 10 lakhs investment towards a business go a long way in shaping the future of their next generation. A lot of people are eking 20-40K by doing their own work. Even if the scheme is 50% successful that help the overall state GDP in the long run. Every quarter they are releasing 2k crores towards this scheme.

politics antae Adhi kadha bro. State elections tharwatha central elections, tharwatha municipal, next ZPTC and MPTC, in between bi election.. 

but one thing KCR government did is prioritizing the issues. 2014 lo government form ayinappudu it was a start up, funds with out experienced human resources. Most of the ministers did not had any experience, now things have changed. They have resolved urgent issues but there is lot to do. Few of them.

1. Tier 2 cities ki connectivity penchali.

2. Better sewage in hyd and tier 2 cities

3. better traffic orientation.

4. Make sure there is enough land for cultivation. For example bhongir and yadadri area lo lot off land is converted to real estate and the land is just sitting.

5. Work with center to get 1 more regional airport. GMR agreement is ending in an year now.

6. There are about 3 projects started by congress but are still pending, government should finish those.

7. Citizen friendly governess, from CM to MLA, week ki oka roju (atleast for 8 hours) they should meet people in office.

there is no street in the city which is under repair..or left broken unfinished...
