Get a typhoid shot from your pediatrician.. 

kids enjoy the journey man no worries they like screens and watch movies all day if not watch iPad all day and eat junk and sleep 

I would worry more about their stay in India as weather and pollution has large impact on their bodies…. Mostly mosquitos 🦟

Most middle east airlines block front seats for infants. Use it if kids less than 2 yrs old.
