Replace regular milk with Almond Milk and All purpose flour with multi grain.

Reduce artificial sugars. 

Eat lot of veggies and fruits.

Have good night sleep.

Thats it. Don't try funky diets...they are lot more complicated and results are not guaranteed.

Intermittent fasting + Walking for 1 hr daily helped me cut 4 Inches on the waist and about 10 Kilos in weight in about 90 days. I did 16-8 window with a 20-4 window twice a week. Cut down on the sugar consumption almost to zero. Drank plenty of water, good sleep(7 hours a day). Felt energetic and I have been off IF for almost 2 months now. The weight has not come back.
