next day నే escalate చేస్తే కొట్టిపడేసారు…ఒక్కోరోజు గడిచే కొద్ది బయటపడుతున్నాయి issues…నిన్న retro మీటింగ్ లో అందరు కలిసి ఏసుకున్నారు…మొఖాలు మాడిపోయినై …apology చెప్పారు…

కొసమెరుపు ఏంటంటే ఆ ఇద్దరిలో ఒకడిని నేను interview చేసా…coding interview కి ipad తో వచ్చి …task full గా execute చెయ్యలేదు….నేను reject చేసా but management ఎలా తీసుకుందో అర్దంకాలా…

Ok.. bad idea.. we strictly instruct them not to merge any code without any senior dev approval.. we also require two people to approve the PR’s.. they might not be covering all the bases when they make changes to the code..

iddaru kottavalle….senior positions…review chesinodu 2 months back joined….code raasinodu 2 weeks back joined…
