Agree These are little premium. From the list shared I think HH is better than perry.. finally we get what we pay for.

Builder evadu annadi kadu , it all depends upon sub contractor .  The guy who builds the homes for builders . Vadi deggara skilled labor lekapothe quality potadi. Covid time labor shortage valla unqualified people ni hire chesi demand ni meet chesaru.

 

Final : not all builders are worst or great . Depends upon our luck .
