all the flaws were fixed prior to BJP coming to power, BJP did not manage railways better antaavu

BJP is expected to fix all problems and handover power to congress for looting..antena nee summary

flaws exist in every system, point is they will not be fixed until such events occurs in india, this is problem with entire system and not BJP alone
