Have couple of very good pants that i like but not able to wear them because of length ! Ekkadaina size restitch chesthara ends lo cut chesi like in India?

Some Chinese owned dry cleaners provide alterations... You may be able to get it for less. 

You can also rey buying the machine and do it yourself
