Odisha Railway Police has filed an FIR into the Balasore train crash which will be investigated by the CBI. The sections in the FIR are 337, 338, 304A & 34 IPC & Sec 153, 154 & 175 of the Railway Act. ALL these sections ONLY pertain to “negligence”. There is not a single charge related to sabotage or criminal conspiracy in the initial FIR.
