B1/B2 Visa Extension for Parents

Hello DB Members , back in 2013 my sister applied B1/B2 for my parents with their info and it is valid until 2023  , as extension is approaching now we need to extend Visa for them.

Can some one please let me know what do they need for extension ?  Do they ask any docs related to my sister as initially it was applied with their information ?  Will this be a drop box ? How easy to get appointment ?

Should I apply with my details , I am having h1B ? What details are needed ?   Please help and advise.
