Interview top level vallatho kante immediate supervisor or similar position vallathone tough untadhi kada. It will be more technical at bottom level IMO.

Depends on company size if it is 5k + employess chances of rejection are slim… aaina why the heck is vp in the loop .. dosent he have pressing issues? Or are you interviewing for director / partner kind of role
