but i think you have right to come up your own learning goals or career path…

just propose something relevant to your career…like automation testing related or pmp related…etc which is helpful for your long term…

Data Viz is the easiest as its mostly tools, can learn and complete some work with in a week, may not help your career much in the longer run as most people know some common details about these tools , no offense to QA bros but this track is slightly better than QA though

ML is probably the hardest and good for your future, interest unte tappa ML cheyalevu but job security will be good for you in future

Data modelling is easy-medium and I used to love it, unfortunately do not work on it anymore

Cloud is sort of medium-hard and you have to put some good effort to get certs but will help career as well

just remember whatever you learn if you do not practice is is like watching a stupid movie, you will soon forget about it in a few months no matter what effort you put 

daily work ki close ga undevi choose chesuko, then you will get the much needed experience and can use it to do the next job hopping
