Something is not right.. You can drop off the documents at any one of the VAC's irrespective of the appointment location.

Please check telegram groups from Redbus.. There are lot of folks who have dropped off documents this way.

Correct. They only checked the appointment date & time on the appointment confirmation page. As long as it is accurate, you will be let in.

Go 1 hr or 30 mins early, everything will be smooth 

Appointment confirmation page lo untadhi, you can drop the documents anywhere
