Bhayya, majority of ppl dont read in this forum. Its clearly mentioned in that article it's only for legal residents to get Citizenship. Nepali ppl who have GC do it so they can get citizenship quickly and sponsor parents/brothers etc etc.

GC queue for desis on h1b will never be beyond 21 years. Ppl will have US Citizen kids and parents route lo GC file chestaru. Idi common joke koda ayyindi that waiting for my kid to turn 21 for sponsoring GC ani.

Rare cases lo 40's lo US H1 meda vachina valu maybe will not have kids.

Wrong, there's no such thing as a conditional GC. You will be eligible for a citizenship upon completing your training successfully.
