Hi, I have been waiting for my promotion since 6 months almost. They keep on telling everything is ready and  will be done in next 2-3 weeks. They are delaying it intentionally. I don’t have anyone to escalate. I can’t even change company now. What should I do ?

Vere job vethukuntunna ani kust oka hint ivvu. If you are really worth it they will give otherwise stop wasting time and looks for another job for real
