Opening LLC for rental properties .... using Legal zoom kani vadu edho packages aduguthunadu do we really need it.... i clicked no  for everything and final checkout shows only state fee do we really need those packages?

Either Wify ni H4EAD ki marchi , then open a LLC on EAD.

Multiple people other than family unnappudu it’s easy to distribute gains or losses between the partners. Other advantage is if something happens to the rental property and you are not a position to make the mortgage payment and default it or foreclosure it, adi neeku direct ga affect avadu. Only these two are advantages..first di neeku apply avadu..second di manam default cheyamu

We are in primary living since 7 years .. looking to buy another one as primary on wife name … Adi rent ki ichinam anuko ela telustadi ? Bank ki or g@vmnt ki ?
