There are a number of factors that can affect the time it takes to get a green card, such as your country of origin, your occupation, and your employer.

If you are considering having a child in the United States, you should be aware of the legal requirements and the potential benefits.

Retrogression is a frustrating and unpredictable process, but there are a number of things you can do to manage your expectations and protect your legal status.

Multiple H-1B filings are a serious violation of US immigration law, and they can result in the denial of your H-1B petition and your removal from the United States.

It is important to be careful about accepting offer letters from companies that do not currently have a job for you. These offer letters may not be legitimate, and they could jeopardize your legal status.

I hope this summary is helpful.

Chill kaka...18 years wait sesthav sare...atarvata

Considering if you are already 35 and have to wait another 18 years to get a greencard, you will be 53 by the time you get to apply for a GC and 54 by the time you get your GC and almost 60 by the time you get US citizenship.

55 years ki GC vachinaka emi sesthav kaka ? I mean chepukodagga faida vuntada ? Career gain emana vuntada a age ki ?

Em undadu ane kada edupu. But my hope is for retirement, if no GC then Ekkada retire avalem and won’t get social security benefits (if there is any left in it).

Your priority date is when your kid is born in the US from now on.

It’s funny but that’s so true these days especially for PD 2015 afterwards
