i will put in a simple words…

assume there is a AI based matrimony or dating site…

every girl requirement is mahesh babu or some other handsome..

every boy requirement is sri leel or some other beauty…

in this case some may get what they are looking for many cant find and end up single…

similarly now AI based screening is there now..in future AI based job search will be there…(with fake resumes)…who is going to suffer is real candidates…
