When you go back  to past. If you change past, things will have different  effect on future

Not exactly. time and space co-ord are mathematical values. You can have them "at" blackhole too. I mean you can navigate to a blackhole if you want so it has a space location.

Blackhole means things enter there but cannot come out which includes light and any electromagnetic radiation.

Since light does not come from blackhole our eyes and any other instruments we have cannot register any information from blackhole. so its a blackhole.

black holes do exist for sure ....

due to extreme gravitational pull in black holes .... time almost ceases to exist .... time expands so much in black hole that it feels as if time dont exist in black hole ... that's why spending a second of time equals to like 10-15 years on earth ...

the same fact that time ceases to exist on black hole was written as a lyric in pushpa song ...
