In that regard I am lucky uncle ,, big value purchases like car, land, house ki my wife won’t pressurize me .. kani Oka sari konataniki ready aithe mathram then she will start with her preferences..

It depends on risk appetite of the perosn..if lower interest rates time like 2020 end or early 2021 would have been best time to take on lower prices and lower interest rates..personally today interest rates affordability gone down..but ppl going with belief interest will go down in a year but if that does not happen they have find new ways to increase income..

 

Also wait until kid preschool is done so daycare expense is gone..most ppl jump in housing market at that time..

250k income tho 700k reasonable although it falls a little bit above my personal rule of 2.5x which comes to around 625k but if location, schoools and good home aithe go ahead, existing home rent ivvu, it will pay mortgage for that home

but try to pay 20% to avoid PMI for 700k home you will be good
