H1 withdrawal as I’m on bench and have EAD

Employer is saying they will withdraw H1B as I’m on bench for 2 months now, and anyways have EAD.

Any issue with this for me in future?

GC EAD unte no issues. You can keep searching for job. After you get job, you can also file for h1b but it will be valid only after visa stamping. That way you can come back to h1b status again. How much is it costing per month to pay taxes and keep h1 alive with mestri while on bench?
