Any online trainer who urges you saying he has only a few more seats left in his online course (why is there a limit on seats?) with a lengthly scrolling web page with a long video on the top asking for your email address before you can watch the video, anonymous testimonials and such below it with fees laid out in cards at the bottom of the page, discounts for signing up urgently TODAY and desperate popups is full of sh!t. Such an old format from 1995, sadly it still works with some dumb people believing it.

You can get all that info and even more on Udemy for less than $15. No need to spend 3K-13K.
