3-4 years nunchi many ppl sticked to the same argument that by the end of that year, the market will collapse and will get homes very cheap…

thaggaledu.. saavaledu.. in fact, most of them had to buy homes at peak prices and highest mortgage rates..

8-9% is brutal.. even at 7% demand is high, lot of builders are actually cutting down incentives because they don't need to as demand is high

Demand tagguthundi slow ga.. 7% interest rates itself is not modable..

Builders are only building homes after they get atleast 5% towards down and Home upgrades costs.

last 2-3 years its whole different scenario with combination of low interest rates, remote jobs, people moving around states.

Now its opposite of what happened over last 2 years

- High Interest rates

- People returning to Work, lay-offs

- Please now have affordability issues with high interest rates.

Most didded 2-3 jobs and poured that money into houses. Kaavalante 10% tip kooda padese level. Single paychecks are almost broke.
